These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Hallisey Compliance Hub (the "Hub"), an internal business and compliance-record system operated by Hallisey Holdings for authorized Hallisey Holdings users.
Acceptance and Authorized Use
By accessing or using the Hub, an authorized user agrees to follow these Terms and applicable Hallisey Holdings policies. Users may access only the organization records and functions permitted by their assigned account and role. Accounts and credentials are individual and must not be shared.
Business Purpose
The Hub is provided solely for Hallisey Holdings business operations, recordkeeping, compliance support, document management, inventory and transaction records, employee workflows, and related administrative functions. It is not offered for public or consumer use.
QuickBooks Online Connection
The QuickBooks Online integration imports accounting information needed by the Hub. When Hallisey administrators explicitly enable the approved-sale export feature, the Hub may also create a new QuickBooks Invoice from an approved local HCH sale using configured customer and item mappings. This release does not update or delete existing QuickBooks transactions, send invoices, void transactions, record payments, or create QuickBooks customers or items. QuickBooks access may be disconnected or reauthorized by an authorized Hallisey administrator.
QuickBooks and Intuit are third-party services. Hallisey Holdings, not Intuit, operates and supports the Hub. Intuit is not responsible for the Hub or for Hallisey Holdings' use of information imported into the Hub.
Data and Privacy
Use of the Hub is also subject to the Hallisey Compliance Hub Privacy Policy. QuickBooks data and other business records are used only for Hallisey Holdings' own operations and compliance needs and are not sold or made available to unrelated third parties.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for entering and reviewing information accurately, protecting their credentials, following assigned access restrictions, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access or incorrect records to a Hallisey administrator.
Compliance Responsibility
The Hub assists with record preparation, organization, and workflow management. It does not replace professional legal, accounting, tax, licensing, or regulatory advice. Authorized Hallisey personnel remain responsible for reviewing records, approvals, filings, signatures, deadlines, and compliance with applicable laws and license requirements.
Availability, Changes, and Records
Hallisey Holdings may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue Hub features as operational needs change. Users should preserve required source records and backups in accordance with Hallisey Holdings' record-retention and compliance practices.
Access Suspension and Termination
Hallisey Holdings may suspend or revoke a user's Hub access when authorization ends, responsibilities change, security requires it, or these Terms are violated. Disconnecting QuickBooks stops future QuickBooks imports and approved-sale invoice exports and revokes the stored QuickBooks authorization; previously imported or linked Hallisey business records may remain in the Hub according to applicable retention and compliance requirements.
Support
Hallisey Holdings is responsible for support and maintenance of the Hub. Authorized users should contact the Hallisey Compliance Hub administrator for access, data, security, or QuickBooks-connection support.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Hallisey Holdings in the State of Maine, without limiting any mandatory rights or obligations imposed by applicable law.
